Eating alot of salt can increase your risk of high blood pressure, which also Increase stroke and heart disease, you are more at risk If you have diabetes.

Maximize yourself to at least one teaspoon of said per day.

Remember to check your food label and then choose those with less salt.

It is adviceable to change salt for different spices to add more extra flavour if you want to eat healthier.

2. TAKE HEALTHER FAT

Fat gives us energy that is one of the reasons why you need fat. But some type of fat can really affect the health.

Food like, sunflower oil, oily fish, nuts, rapeseed oil, avocado. Some type of fat can increase the amount of cholesterol is the blood which Increase the risk of heart problems.

3. GETTING YOUR VIRAMIN AND MINERAL FROM FOOD

We have not been told that mineral and vitamin supplement helps you to manage your diabetes. 

Unless you have been told by your doctor, Supplements are not necessary.

It is much more better to get your nutrient by eating mixture of different food . The reason is that supplement can make some diabetes complication worse.

4. EAT FOOD THAT WONT INCREASE BLOOD SUGAR

Food that are not likely to raise your blood level includes vegetables, fish, avocado and eggs.

5. TAKE SNACK WISELY

Choose nuts, fruits, yoghurt instead of chips, chocolate, biscuits but watch how you take it . It will help you keep track of your weight.
